Before any improvement is done, the present level must be measured and evaluated against a framework and\/or a standard that will be implemented by the organization. Assessment is undertaken for a time period for the implementation requirements, and when the project ends, a gap report will be created as a foundation for the next stage\/project which is the development stage.<\/p>\n
